Abstract Thought of the Day

I don't know who to be more pissed off at: the idiot in the truck going 20 MPH that decided to cut in front of me, or the jerk behind me in the SUV with his freaking high beams on.

Actually, the twit behind beats the twit in front, in my book. Especially if said twit is in such a vehicle that they can CLEARLY SEE the twit in front that I'm stuck behind. It's as if the twit behind expects my car to srpout wings and fly out of said twit's way. Notice that I have avoided gender in this rant, as I have had both be guilty of this idiotic behavior.

High beams only bother me because any idiot should know that they are only effective in areas that have no/limited lighting. There is no reason for anyone to have their high beams on while driving down a city street illuminated by street lamps. Unless you happen to be a major idiot or some doofus that doesn't understand how lighting works.

If nothing else, realize the potential to blind the person in front of you. I was sitting at a red light with my hand blocking this blinding white shard of light being reflected into my side view mirror, wondering how stupid I probably looked to any outside observer that might have gotten a view of it.
