I get losing track of facts, losing track of your talking points, or even losing track of where you are in your notes, but how do you lose track of an entire person?
I can actually accept this, but when the lyric popped into my head that way I just had to post it.

Classic stuff. "You're all Joe the Plumber!" Does that mean all the Americans at that rally can stop paying their taxes like him as well?
I think it speaks volumes about a politician when they need to actively trot out an everyman surrogate in order to relate to their constituents. Even super-millionaire Mitt Romney is capable of coming across as more in-touch than John McCain.
