My Spoiler-Free, Incredibly Short Review of X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Wow. Despite all of the mutant cameos and appearances, the film was actually mostly about Wolverine. Go figure. As a film overall, it totally rocked three years ago (which is when I would have cared about it).
To be fair, it was a pretty solid movie. Fortunately, I didn't go into it overhyped, so it was pretty enjoyable.
I guess part of my problem is that with films, you have such a long time between productions (assuming there are even chances to have sequels and the like). So sometimes I feel like I want more out of a film, and thinking there might be a sequel is little comfort since I don't feel like waiting 2-3 years for one.
But if I can say anything, it's that Jackman definitely nails Wolverine as a character. And I'm sure that a fan of his (and a female at that) will more than enjoy several scenes in said film.

I STILL intend to see it and completely revel in the glory that is Hugh Jackman. Um, I mean, Wolverine. Yeah, him, too.
